More than 40 years of family craftsmanship.
JC Construction and Son is a proud second-generation family business built on craftsmanship, integrity, and hands-on experience.
Jim Chamberlin began his construction career in 1978. By the time he and Donna founded JC Construction and Son in 2001, he had already gained more than 20 years of hands-on residential construction experience. James grew up in the business, learned the trade directly from his father, and proudly carries that legacy forward in Middle Tennessee.
James later expanded his experience by building custom new-construction homes throughout Middle Tennessee, developing expertise in modern building practices, project management, and high-end residential design. Now a Tennessee BC-A licensed contractor, he is proud to carry the JC Construction and Son name into its next chapter.
